As Sales Director, he leads CRM Champion’s consultative sales process, helping organisations turn operational challenges into clear, achievable Zoho strategies.
Client Success Manager
India combines expertise in project management, CRM, customer service and organisational change to help clients realise lasting value from their Zoho systems. She leads CRM Champion’s Client Success function, overseeing onboarding, training, ongoing support and the continued development of clients’ Zoho solutions.
CRM Technical Solutions Manager
Rishat combines a strong academic background in Data Science with practical experience in Zoho CRM development, data engineering and technical consultancy. He leads CRM Champion’s Technical Solutions team, taking responsibility for solution architecture, implementation builds and the delivery of scalable Zoho systems.
Business Administration Apprentice
Lilia supports CRM Champion across business administration and marketing while developing practical experience within the wider Zoho ecosystem. Her organised and enthusiastic approach helps keep internal processes, Zoho-powered communications and client-facing activity running smoothly.
Sales Systems Coordinator
Nehir brings an analytical and commercially focused approach to CRM Champion’s sales operation, combining an interest in technology, finance and data-led decision-making. She supports the Zoho consultation process by coordinating sales systems, researching opportunities and helping turn client requirements into structured next steps.
Senior CRM/ERP Architect/Developer
Lia brings senior-level architecture and development expertise to the design of sophisticated Zoho CRM and ERP solutions. She helps translate complex operational requirements into secure, scalable and integrated Zoho systems that support both immediate priorities and long-term business growth.
